Our competitive technology and constant technology development through cooperative system enables import substitution of the welding machines at about half price of the imported products. Localization of parts involved with welding also elevates competitiveness of our welding products with imported products.
Most important factor in determining welding productivity in C)2 welding is welding spatters. Welding current and voltage waveform control technology has been developed and new concept of welding power supply is sold in several countries. We also have developed world-class technology of expansion of waveform control in low current range to high current range based on current and voltage waveform control technology, transfer stabilization technology through metal transfer phenomenon, welding spatter control technology, etc. in order to realize high quality and high efficiency of welding machines and instruments.
We have established control concept for reduction of spatter for short circuit transfer and globular transfer conditions, and developed waveform control algorithm that can reduce spatter to below 2% at all current range, resulting in improved arc start by optimization of waveform and reduced initial spatter generation. Specifically, the waveform technology for reduction of spatter in high current range is world competitive technology and considered to have significant foreign and local competitiveness. |
