Features

100% successful rate of arc start, 20 to 50% reduced spatter generation than conventional type

Welding quality varies depending on current waveform design capability and current range, equipped with real time current waveform control technology, reduced manpower for removal of spatters and slag, and excellent welding quality

Applicable Areas

Power supply unit for robot and automatic welding

Use solid wire and CO2 gas for welding of most steels

Change wire and gas for welding of nonferrous metal such as aluminum and STS (use separate supply unit and torch for aluminum welding)

Constant bead generation and easy tack welding by controlling welding time

Not applicable for block work for shipbuilding, outdoor or vertical works

Welding Quality and Predictability

Substitute for TIG and MAG welding. Robot and automatic welding

The quality of manual welding are determined by in the order of condition settings, proficiency, and performance of machine

Shapes of Spatter depending on Diameter

Below shows sieved spatters. Left figure shows coarse spatters generated from conventional inverter and SCR, and thus easily stick to the products and difficult to remove.
Right photo shows fine spatters generated from our Magic Arc and they are non-sticky and easy to remove.
